IntroductionI am a philosopher and management scholar. My research explores how people construct meaning in life and at work.
I use primarily qualitative and conceptual methods. My work has won several awards, including two Best Paper Awards from the Academy of Management Annual Meeting (in the Organizational Behavior and Social Issues in Management divisions, respectively). A recent paper presenting a novel account of meaningful work was published in the Journal of Business Ethics. I am currently the Intesa Sanpaolo Research Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a research associate at the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy. I have a PhD in Ethics and Legal Studies from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Oxford. |
